E-mail mjgdesigns@fairpoint.net or call us and we will confirm your order with the total amount including shipping and handling charges.  Necessary shipping charges must be added to all orders under $150 and for NEW YORK residents  8% sales tax will be added. Money orders must be made payable in U.S. funds payable to MADELEINE GLICK.  Please contact Madeleine for mailing address.  Make sure to include FULL NAME, EMAIL & SHIPPING ADDRESS. We will hold your order for 7 days after your email or phone notification. Items paid for with money orders will go out as soon as we receive your money order. 

Shipping limits: MJG DESIGNS ships anywhere in the continental United States. We regret that we cannot ship overseas. 8% Sales tax applies to all orders in NEW YORK only. We always confirm that the package is received at the shipping address with delivery confirmation. If there are any problems please notify us upon receipt of your package.

Customer guarantee: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please notify us by email and send the item back in original packaging within 7 days of receipt of shipment. If you choose to send the item back without any tracking method and it is lost, then it is not MJG DESIGNS responsibility to issue a refund. All refunds will be made with a check. Aromatherapy products are NOT RETURNABLE for safety issues. Our Feng Shui Jewelry line is made with the best quality stones; however, due to natural variations in semi-precious stones and pearls, colors, shapes, and sizes may vary slightly.
