PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Online we accept secure credit card payment now. All major credit cards are accepted. Shopping at MJG DESIGNS is safe because we use a secure online server. When your credit card is transmitted, it is encrypted and safe from interception. You will receive an email response confirming your order. We prefer $15 minimum credit card orders due to high internet transaction fees. We ship to U.S. addresses only via Priority Mail.

U.S. $ Money Order. E-mail mjgdesigns@taconic.net or phone in your order (518)965-2074. We will confirm the order by email. Money orders must be made payable in U.S. funds payable to MADELEINE GLICK. Make sure to include FULL NAME & SHIPPING ADDRESS. We will hold your order for 7 days after your email or phone notification. Items paid for with money orders will go out as soon as we receive your money order. CONTACT US FOR ADDRESS INFORMATION.
Shipping limits: MJG DESIGNS ships anywhere in the continental United States. We regret that we cannot ship overseas since we cannot verify addresses on overseas cards. We always confirm that the package is received at the shipping address with delivery confirmation. If there are any problems please notify us upon receipt of your package.
Customer guarantee: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please notify us by email and send the item back in original packaging within 7 days of receipt of shipment. Aromatherapy products are NOT RETURNABLE for safety issues. Our Feng Shui Jewelry line is made with the best quality stones; however, due to natural variations in semi-precious stones and pearls, colors, shapes, and sizes may vary slightly.

Return policy:The majority of the customers who shop at mjgdesigns.com are satisfied with their purchases. If, however, you need to return an item, a full refund will be issued excluding shipping and handling charges, which are non-refundable.
In order to receive your refund:
Please notify us by e-mail with a reason for the return within 48 hours of receipt of package. All shipments are insured. Returned items must be postmarked within 7 days of initial receipt of package. We recommend that you use delivery confirmation or certified mail and insurance to track packages and insure there is no damage to contents.
Item must be in original, resellable condition with original packaging.
